This university-to-university cooperation and faculty exchange significantly contribute to achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education for all higher education institutions. This initiative aligns with KPI 3 - Faculty Engaged Outside Campus, as faculty actively teach at other institutions or gain industry experience. Simultaneously, it supports KPI 6 - Study Programs Collaborating with World-Class Partners.
The positive reception and enthusiasm from all involved parties, including faculty leadership and students, highlight the success of this collaborative effort. Faculty exchange between campuses presents a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and academic internationalization.
