BRN, Yogyakarta: The Yogyakarta Communication and Information Office (Kominfo DIY) held a socialization event for the National Public Service Complaint Management System (SP4N-LAPOR!) and e-Lapor DIY at Campus II of UPN Veteran Yogyakarta on Wednesday (February 19, 2025). The event aimed to encourage active student participation in improving the quality of public services.
The activity, attended by 30 students from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, featured three speakers. The first speaker was Dr. Muhammad Edy Susilo, M.Si., the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, who discussed "The Urgency of Youth Participation in Public Services."
The second speaker, Saviera Ajeng, a youth leader, presented on "Encouraging the Role of Youth in Development through Aspiration and Complaint Channels." The third speaker was Hari Edi Tri Wahyu Nugroho, SIP, M.Si., the Head of the DIY Communication and Information Office, who delivered a presentation on "Introduction to Public Service Complaint Channels."
In his remarks, Muhammad Edy Susilo stated that students are agents of change who play a crucial role in societal progress.
"I hope this channel becomes a platform for gathering input from students regarding the complaint channels provided by the government as a basis for evaluating the implementation of complaints," said Edy Susilo.
Through this activity, students are encouraged to be more active in providing feedback and complaints, particularly through the channels provided by the government, such as SP4N-LAPOR! and e-Lapor DIY. (ajeng/semi/atang)
