Greetings from the Dean

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

Greetings to us all,

I would like to extend my respect to the esteemed lecturers, educational staff, and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta.

First of all, let us express our gratitude to Allah SWT for all His blessings and grace, allowing us to begin the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year with enthusiasm and new hopes.

To the students, welcome to the even semester! This is a moment to strengthen our determination, enhance our self-quality, and continue our academic journey with full dedication. This semester is a golden opportunity to evaluate our previous achievements, address our shortcomings, and move forward with optimism. Remember, every small, consistent step will lead us to great goals.

Soon, we will also welcome the holy month of Ramadan 1446 H. I would like to wish a blessed Ramadan to the entire family of FISIP UPN Veteran Yogyakarta. May this month full of blessings be a momentum to strengthen our faith, improve our self-quality, and foster closer ties among us.

In navigating the policy of budget efficiency, we must remain optimistic and enthusiastic in carrying out our daily tasks. Challenges are part of the process toward progress. With cooperation, creativity, and strong commitment, I am confident that we can overcome all obstacles and achieve the best results.

As part of the extended family of FISIP UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, we have a responsibility to continue contributing to building a better civilization. Let us make this semester a platform to achieve accomplishments, both in academics, research, community service, and student activities.

In closing, I hope this even semester brings blessings and success to us all. Keep your spirits high, stay focused, and never hesitate to dream big. Together, we can realize our hopes and aspirations.
