UPNYK Rector Appoints 10 New Officials

INFOUPNYK - The Rector of the National Development University "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNYK), M Irhas Effendi, inaugurated several officials within the campus on Wednesday (3/4/2024). The officials inaugurated include three vice rectors, five deans, and two heads of institutions. They will serve for the period of 2024-2028.

"I express my gratitude to the former officials who have achieved the targets set by UPN Veteran Yogyakarta... and congratulations to the new officials who will carry out their duties from 2024 to 2028," said the Rector in his address.

Furthermore, he stated that the turnover of officials within the organizational structure is common, as mandated by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the regulations of the Rector within the UPN Veteran Yogyakarta.

According to Irhas, the organizational structure and the people within it are part of the framework for implementing management effectiveness. UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, he said, has established long-term plans and strategic plans with targets to be achieved.

"The structure will not be effective without people. The people needed are those who have the capacity, integrity, and commitment to the institution," he added.
