Organization Structure of the Faculty

Scope of Work:

  1. Faculty Senate, provides considerations and oversight to the Dean in the implementation of academic activities. Its functions also include establishing and providing considerations for the implementation of faculty-level academic policies.
  2. Dean, oversees the implementation of the three pillars of higher education (education, research, and community service) and provides guidance to students, faculty members, and staff of the faculty.
  3. Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, assists the Dean in the implementation of the three pillars of higher education and the information system.
  4. Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, assists the Dean in leading administrative and financial activities.
  5. Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, assists the Dean in the implementation of planning, student affairs, alumni relations, and cooperation activities.
  6. Department Chair, organizes and manages academic education, vocational education, and/or professional education in one or more branches of science and technology.
  7. Department Secretary, assists the department's administrators in the organization and management of academic education, vocational education, and/or professional education in one or more branches of science and technology.
  8. Program Coordinator, develops plans and implements academic education, vocational education, and/or professional education, as well as learning activities in one branch of science and technology.
  9. Faculty Coordinator, carries out academic, student affairs, planning, financial, personnel, administrative, household, state-owned property, and reporting matters.
  10. Academic Sub-Coordinator, handles educational, research, and community service affairs, as well as student and alumni administration.
  11. General and Financial Sub-Coordinator, handles planning, financial, personnel, administrative, household, and state-owned property management matters, as well as reporting.
  12. Faculty Quality Assurance Team, coordinates with program-level quality assurance teams under the faculty and performs monitoring and evaluation functions for faculty-level academic quality.
  13. Program Quality Assurance Team, monitors and evaluates the academic quality of the program and conducts internal quality audits, in collaboration with the faculty quality assurance team in performing monitoring and evaluation functions for faculty-level academic quality.
