Business Administration Department of FISIP UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta Welcomes Visit from PT Naturindo Fresh

Yogyakarta, May 6, 2025 — On Monday, May 5, 2025, the Business Administration Department, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta welcomed a visit from PT Naturindo Fresh as part of an ongoing effort to strengthen academic-industry collaboration.

The delegation from PT Naturindo Fresh was led by CEO Mr. R. Teguh Adhi Nugraha, S.P., accompanied by the marketing manager and staff members. In his remarks, Mr. Teguh expressed appreciation for the longstanding partnership between the company and FISIP UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, especially in the area of student internships.

“We have hosted many interns from FISIP UPN ‘Veteran’ Yogyakarta. Their performance has been outstanding. We’re always happy to welcome them,” stated Teguh Adhi Nugraha.

Dean of FISIP, Dr. Susanta, M.Si., warmly welcomed the visit and affirmed the faculty’s commitment to mutually beneficial cooperation with industry partners. “We are very open to collaborating with industry. Our principle is that partnerships must bring value to both parties,” he emphasized.

Chair of the Business Administration Department, Dr. Humam Santosa, M.Si., highlighted the wide range of potential collaborative opportunities. “We have lecturers with expertise in various fields including marketing, human resource management, and finance. We are ready to support joint research projects with PT Naturindo Fresh,” he said.

As a concrete step forward, both parties agreed to organize an upcoming workshop for PT Naturindo Fresh’s business partners, with speakers from the Business Administration Department.

The visit concluded with a tour of the department’s investment laboratory, one of the key facilities supporting practical learning for students.

This visit marks a significant step in reinforcing ties between academia and industry, with the shared goal of preparing graduates who are ready to face real-world challenges.
